Invitation to the interaction program of NRNNL

An interaction program for Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs) will be organized at the Public Library of Amsterdam on Sunday 26th of September 2010. The interaction program aims to bring awareness about its visions and to seek valuable ideas and inputs from all NRNs across the country.

The increasing population of Nepalis in the Netherlands makes it imperative that we all work together through NRNNL to serve our common interests here in Holland and in Nepal. NRNNL appeals to all people of Nepali heritage to take interest in getting involved in its movement to move forward with coordination and cooperation to achieve common goals: serving the social, legal and specific personal interests of NRNNL members, a dual citizenship and contribute to the overall development of Nepal. We urge all NRNs to endorse NRNNL as their own organization and contribute with their valuable ideas to strengthen it towards achieving these common goals.

The strength of NRNNL lies on all NRNs living in this country.  This interaction program focuses on following issues:

  • Should NRNNL strive for a leading role in the Nepalese organizations in the Netherlands? This statement will be discussed broadly in the panel and panel with the participants. The participants can their constructive and valuable suggestions to NRNNL. All together this statement will take 30 minutes.
  • What can NRNNL do with the issues of Nepalese students in the Netherlands. The participant can ask all their question to the panel members. This issue will take a maximum of 15 minutes.
  • What is/will be the role of NRNNL who are in problems after closing their asylum procedure with negative result.
