Nepali Movie "MATRIBHUMI"

Matribhumi (motherland) is a fiction (a true story) with a clear message to the youth of Nepal living abroad. Annually approximately three millions of Nepalese youth and adult fly abroad. This entails that Nepal will be burdened by old and infants people in the nearest years. Matribhumi appeals the youth to return back to their home country after achieving their goal and invest their earned money in their own country and utilize the gained skills to develop the country.
The breathtaking sceneries of Jomsom, Muktinath and other places can be seen in the movie. Matribhumi is directed by Narayan Puri, one of the fames movie makers of Nepal. Half of the movie is shoot in Dubai.
Renowned actors Shivhari Paudel, Kiran K.C., Jitu Nepal, Sushil Chhetri, Saujanya Subba and great character actors Basundhara Bhusal, Sunil Thapa and others have acted in the movie. The film directors Narayan Puri and Suraj KC will be present during the screening.
