It is our pleasure to invite you to the 4th General Convention and the Annual General Meeting 2011, going to be held on the following date and venue:

We would like to inform you too that the EXCOM meeting of June 6th has appointed three members of the Election Committee (EC), respectively Shashi Paudyal as coordinator, Govind Rauniyar and Rajendra Chapagain as members. The EC will organize the election in close cooperation with EXCOM. You will be received the further details of the election by the EC soon.
